Opportunity to develop your practice during a varied morning session. We will combine some dynamic flowing yoga. Followed by lunch & the opportunity for the group to take a walk or relaxed by the beach. In the afternoon the practice will be gentle & restorative with some longer held supine stretches. The afternoon will end with a guided relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra.

THIS YOGA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FACILITATE THAT AWAKENING; TO GATHER AND DRAW ENERGY INWARD, AND THEN RELEASE IT OUTWARDLY AS A METAPHORICAL PLANTING OF SEEDS.

Explore the concept of non-stealing /Asteya, through breathing technics, meditation and yoga poses. On Sundays practice we will move in to a heart opening flow, shoulders stretch and some back bends. Wednesdays Yin practice designed to draw awareness to the heart energy center.
