Opportunity to develop your practice during a varied morning session. We will combine some dynamic flowing yoga. Followed by lunch & the opportunity for the group to take a walk or relaxed by the beach. In the afternoon the practice will be gentle & restorative with some longer held supine stretches. The afternoon will end with a guided relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra.
